Meeting opened at 2015 - 26 members present.
Minutes of committee meetings read in shortened form to give members some idea of what the committee had been doing.
The Treasurer then gave his report saying that the raffles had shown a rather nice profit.
The Chairman then gave his remarks thanking members for lectures given and also the effort put in in making the shack operational. Disappointment was shown in the fact that only 6 turned up for the film show.
A general discussion followed regarding this years N.F.D. various points were put forward. It was decided to call another meeting on this subject with G2DSF present.
Rules of the club tsc then followed. It was decided that when anyone was operating, after 30 mins he/she should then ask if anyone wanted to take over. Frequency measuring equipment and modulation monitoring equipment are to be provided for the club shack.
Scouts Gala - it was decided to ask Mr Hill to look into this.
There then followed discussion on various subjects apertaining to club activity.
The meeting closed at 2155.
