Committee Meeting at the home of Miss Goode.
Chairman opened at 10:40.
The committee decided that stations to use for field day should consist of.
A. Station, club station
B. Field day rig, plus top band rig and any spare gear available.
All gear loaned to be at club rooms by Monday 26th
Mr McAllister should be asked the price of rent with the view of insuring same.
The heading for notepaper was discussed and should be bought.
Miss Goode drew a crest which we hoped to get on the notepaper.
Secretary read out menu for field day.
Chairman stated that this meeting was two weeks later than scheduled in order to meet requirements of the club rules.
This was due to the fact the first meeting had to be postponed to meet maximum attendance.
Chairman thanked Miss Goode for refreshments and for the use of room.
Meeting closed at 21:50
