The minutes of the last AGM could not be read due to the fact that the last secretary did not enter same in minutes book.
The Chairman then gave his report, and read a letter of apology from the Tres who would be late. The Chairman read the Treasurers report & these were being held in abbeyance for questions when the Tres arrived.
Trophy was awarded to A Conway, Sec read his report, nothing to add to Chairmans report apart from lectures.
Raising of subscription was voiced by Mr Goadby & it was thought that to do this with speed would mean that certain rules needed amending or changed.
