Meeting Opened at 2030hrs

Mr A. Palfreyman resigned as Secretary and Mr J. McAllister was elected as the new Secretary having been proposed by Mr T Adcock and seconded by Mr C. Craythorne.

The committee then proposed that certain rules concerning the financial year and subscription should be amended thus enabling the Treasurer to raise the subscription to 15/- every six months as from the 1st January 1966. The suggestied new rule was then read out to all members present.

The members present then asked the committee if they would send a letter out to all, stating the facts and to call a Special General Meeting to vote on these proposals.

The Committee agreed to do this and the meeting was then closed by the Chairman at 2130hrs.
