Meeting opened 2030hrs
The motion to amend rules 7A/3 and 8A was put to all members present and passed by show of hands unanimously.
Next the motion to raise subscriptions to 15/- every six months with the junior rate staying the same was put to all members present and passed by a show of hands unanimously.
The committee then thanked all members present for having confidence in them and the meeting was then closed by the Chairman at 2100hrs.
