Meeting comenced at 20.15 hrs.
The meeting was opened by the Chairman who announced that he would be unable to continue as Chairman for the coming year. It was hoped that the present committee would continue their work for another year. However with the exception of the Chairman and committee member Mrs. Lewis, the rest volunteered to be nominted once again at the AGM in order that they could put into effect the plans they had in mind, which was to see that the club continued its success.
The Treasurer then gave his statement of accounts for the past year. To everyones amazement we had raised £120 for the club funds. Expenditure however was £60 leaving only £60 in the club funds. This showed how easy it was to boost the club funds with just a little effort, this would be considered very carefully in the coming year.
The meeting continued with a long discussion on activities at the club and once again the support of all members.
Meeting closed at 22.30pm
