Motion formation of subcommittee for "Leisure 68"
Mr J.T. McAlister proposed Mr John Verity as chairman.
Mr Arthur Greay seconded the proposal and it was carried unanimously.
Mr Deryck Wills and Mr T. Adcock having offered to sit on the said subcommit, and there being no objections their election was taken as read.

M D. Adcock proposed Mr C.D Craythorne as chairman.
Mr D. T. Nicolson seconded the proposal and it was carried unanimously.
Mr John Lewis and Mr John Ball having offered to sit on the said subcommittee, and there being no objections, their election was taken as read.
