Opening
the regular meeting of the LEICESTER RADIO SOCIETY was called to order at 1955 at LRS HQ by Chair Tony Webb.

Rainbows money to be distributed
Follow up from WW1 Event after conversations between John G0IJM and BBC Radio Leicester
Thanks to contacts made by Dave cost for lecture room replacement estimated at £22,000.
Dave queries rainbows, Mike explained in hand but we need to arrange payment and a presentation
Dave also mentioned ASDA card regarding additional funding
Following on from correspondence received from Russ and meeting on 8th December clashing with exam dates.
Committee agreed no problem but will check adter 14th November which is exam closing date and adjust any meetings if necessary
Fire and PAT testing due Alex offered to do PAT tests in New Year, Dave said it had to be done by an approved person but as we agreed it was only for our own benefit then that would suffice.
Tony had tried to get hold of Russ regarding Image Wear
John G0IJM to contact supplier with est 1913 logo and confirm Burgundy colour
Club calls using GX2AA and G8FCQ G4SJX and hopefully also G0FPU
May be others?
YOTA Mike and John presented some xmas tree LED kits for event
Dave G7DPU requested room for 13th Nov for RAYNET meeting...Alex mentioned charge
