Tony reported that the balance of the account for the new building had now been paid as per the original agreement.
During a discussion over security of small items of club equipment, Gwynne was left to enquire the possibilities of obtaining a steel cupboard for the H.F. Shack
A request had been received for a multiple jack socket for headphones in the C.W. room, it was agreed Kelvin should get a price for the required bits and pieces.
The evergreen subject of the collection and delivery of the tower for use on HF Field day was discussed and it was agreed that it would be preferable to obtain a quote from persons with suitable vehicles, rather than rely on the good offices of one of the clubs members
Frank to follow up the original quote to plant trees around the car park as per the planning consent for the car park and new building
