Committee Meeting
Monday l0th. March 1986.
Members present: - G4ITP Taff, G4PDZ Frank, G3TQF Geoff, G4KKS Mick, G4OOS John, G4IFB Gary, G4XXZ Dave, G4WYN Gwynne, and G4JDI Tony.
It was the general feeling of the committee that insufficient club members were a availing themselves of the suggestion box, and, the Opportunity to approach committee members with suggestions and comments.
Contrary to the thoughts of some of the members, comments and suggestions are welcome by all or any of the committee.
After much discussion, it was decided by all of the committee to approach a well known Trio Dealer with a view to obtaining a Trio TS930 on approval.
In view of the resounding success in the previous two years, it was agreed to again arrange a coach to the National Exhibition Centre for the RSGB Exhibition on Sunday April the 5th., the trip will be free to all paid up members, a fee of one pound will be charged to all none paid up members.
The committee accepted G3PWG's offer to look into the requirements and costings of test equipment for the club, Jack will report back to the committee with his findings.
The new rear door and frame has been fitted making for better security and a more pleasant approach.
