Minutes of the last meeting Passed proposed by GOTNI, Seconded by G4SJX.
Two (2) lights have been purchased for Outside lighting awaiting installation.
Chairman as spoken to L.C.C. as regards V.A.T. on the club rent, as been informed that it is a mistake, so not to pay, Chairman also told committee that lease for club not yet finalised, with L.C,C, but hopefully to have it in Order by March 96.
Photo-copier repairs Stan looking into cost etc.
Chairman reported on letter in LENS, re G5UM call, copy off letter in the file.
Derck WILLS wishes to come along to Sherry mince pie evening, as he is a member of the club also to the A.G.M.
G7AYI cost of sherry mince pies etc about £39.48. thanks to Laurence from the committee for putting on the sherry/pies sure that the club members enjoyed them.
Two (2) bottles of port obtained for farmers at Scraptoft, and Skeffington, for the use of their fields, for events.
G7AYI proposed that the club have a membership secretary agreed my committee.
