The date of the next AGM will be 20th January, 1986, it was agreed to ask members for an update to the constitution to comply with tax requirements.
The recipient for the Claythorne Trophy was discussed and agreed.
It was felt a new design for the clubs QSL cards should be sought.
To give thanks to the club members for their efforts during the year a Mince Pie and Sherry evening will be held on 23rd December, 1985.
It was agreed to discontinue the clubs lottery licence.
