Members present: G4ITP Taff, G4PDZ Frank, G4JDI Tony, G4LRO Roger, G4IFB Gary, G4OOS John, G8XYY Paul, G4KKS Mick, G4RLC Tom.
Frank reported that the plans for the new club house and car park had been submitted to the Planning Department and the City Engineers Dept. a few initial difficulties had now been resolved.
Frank stated that a bottle of suitable liquid had been purchased and presented to the farmer and a large box of chocolates to his wife, as our thanks for allowing NFD on his premises.
Frank also reported that due to lack of response by LRS members, a non member G4MQS collected the caravan and returned it to the club.
Gary wished it to be placed on record, the grateful thanks to all who turned up and assisted during NFD.
The committee expressed their thanks to Gary for his part in NFD.
Members of the committee were concerned at the state of the club caravan which urgently requires repairs, any offers from club members.
New Window in committee room had been purchased and installed.
