An invitation had been received from the Leicester Polytechnic to attend this years DF hunt.
A letter has been received from Nancy (G6WOK. Dave's widow) thanking the club for the contribution sent and to the members who attend Daves funeral.
Frank reported that the fire extinguishers had been fitted.
A letter had been received from the Estates Surveyor re the possibility of a long term lease, after lengthy discussion owing to the far greater financial outlay it was decided to remain with the existing lease.
It was agreed that an approach be made to the education authority with a view to purchasing a redundant mobile classroom to place in the grounds to provide for a larger lecture and meeting room. An approach to be made to Geoff G3TQF to enlist his aid in the restoration of the TB3 HF beam.
