COMMITTEE MEETING

Members present:- G4ITP Taff, G4PDZ Frank, G4RLC Tom, G4RLO Roger, G4IFB Garry, G8XYY Paul, G4JDI Tony.
Frank reported on on his discussion with the Estates Surveyor during his recent visit to the club, especially on the possibility of erecting a portable club house in the grounds and turning the garden into a car park, it was agreed to obtain written permission to proceed with the above work.
It was with regret that we were informed of the death of G6WOK Dave, a collection was organized and the committee agreed to add to the collection making the total to £30-00.
A non member G6CWH Gess recently came to the club to repair a burst in the gents toilet for which he made no charge for this it was agreed for this year Gess should be made an Honorary member.
The 25th of march is to be set aside for a talk on contests by Garry G4IFB.
