COMMITTEE MEETING

The notes were read from last committee meeting and accepted
Pete opened the meeting and spoke about the low membership numbers and it was thought it may be to early to tell if it was through the price rise or if it is to do with the bad weather and
we should try and follow up on members that have not renewed yet,
The water board is to be informed about water leak in the meter
mike said he would sort this and Tony said he would let them in to do the repairs,
coax and brackets are on the list to be done at the next drop in Thursday meeting along with the shutter door the spring seems to be slipping,
Work parties are still on hold weather being the main problem so cold and wet.
.Next month there will be no committee meeting as we will do some kind of fund raising with Easter eggs raffle or bingo night to be arranged nearer to the day,
Pete spoke about having a presidents night on or near to the clubs birthday the first Monday in august this year would be the 6th,
John asked if John m0cqv could have a set of keys (training team)
the security alarm went off and it showed fire indicator not sure of the fault needs to be looked at,
All keys held by committee members should be tried and checked for full sets,
Hf shack all up and running just needs a massive tidy up,
VHF shack in need of a tidy and sorting rotator cable needs renewing
it is thought there is enough cable to do the job,
We were all asked if we had any thing to add Junk in lecture room was mentioned and all rubbish should be taken out and Chris said he would take it to the tip.
March 22nd is the next drop in for a cuppa Thursday
