Pete read the minutes from the last meeting all ok.
Work parties a weekend is needed to break the back of the jobs.
John m0cqv had spoken to Tony and he is still unwell he hopes to be back at the club in the next couple of weeks,

constitution changes rewrite to be done one Monday night
all the changes will be noted and then an egm before the agm in Jan
27th and 28th October Morse weekend to be held at club exams at the candidates desired speeds,
the weekend will take the shape of 9-9.30 meet and greet tea or coffee and biscuits on arrival,
assess speeds test start about 10.30 -11am ending about 1pm ish.
Depending on interest if both days are required,
Mike is to down load a copy of public liability from rsgb web site to display on notice board,
Chris has ordered the window for the kitchen and we have already started to collect for the new door,
hoping to do a raffle for club funds running right through from Nov to party night in Dec.
We need some vinyl floor covering for toilet and kitchen floor
Freedom care has been sold but it looks like the new owners are going to continue to donate for the use of car park.
Barbara is looking for a decent cooker and hob for the club.
