Committee agree that once yearly subscripton would make accounting, and getting subs in less of a chore. The be passed to A.G.M.
Suggestion from Member that the years Chairman should be elected from the previous years committee was agreed in principle, but could present difficulties in actioning.
Since usually at least one member of committee carries on to the next committee, it was decided unwise to make a firm ruling which may, due to circumstances, be broken in future years.
Club to try again as to the possibility to get financial assistance from local authorities.
