The meeting was opened by Dave G8PGO
he thanked all the members who have given there time to help do jobs around the club.
The water heater in the kitchen is now up and running
the net on friday evenings is still going strong and getting new people coming in for a chat.
Mike G4SJX the club treasurer spoke about the accounts up to 4th march 2022
2years water rates had been paid in 2022 £153.68
the donations are slow to come in ( for car park) but Alex going to chase them up
We have recieved a grant from the council £10.000
Bills are stillcoming in and being paid
electric bill and gas standing charge
accounts stood at £21,020.99p end jan
some subs still coming in and 3 new members
it was noted the gas standing charge had gone up a lot
and we are awaiting an answer from the council to see if we could take ths gas out all together
this would save us a lot of money over the year at the moment nearly £14 a month
We had also had a omnicon grant from the council of £2,667 this is to help with running costs for the club
There is still a lot of jobs outstanding and so there will be bills coming in and adam still has some invoices to hand in
A big thankyou to phils company for paying for phone and internet
a camara mike and a large screen tv are to be bought for lecture room
The subs are now no consessions £30 accross the board

Sandra club secretary gave a short report about what has been happening with talks and how zoom had given the club a real boost during lock down
also radcom had been informed about club opening up again and that zoom meetings were being carried on,
Adam spoke next
he said about the chairman steering the club and members
the treasurer keeping the books up to date and the secretary and members sec keeping a writen account of the meetings.
and he also thanked all those who helped with all the jobs in the club,
and said thankyou to all those who came along this evening.
The voting took place for 4 ord members on the committee
as the other places stayed the same as they were uncontested
