Meeting was opened at 7.50pm
Dave g8pgo gave a short speech about how things were progressing
how we had gained a few members and sadly lost a few over the last 12 due to sk or just lost interest.
And how there were projects still in the pipe line for when we can safety reopen the club rooms.
And also said there was still a lot of work to be done at the club to get it to a decent standard.
Sandra read the secretary report
pleased with up take on zoom meetings and how this is a sign of the times and how it may continue
even after the club reopens
also how committee meetings could still continue on another evening not a Monday via zoom
also it was said how good the talks via zoom had been and that we would try and get more sorted it was pleasing that other clubs had joined us for these talks
At this time we have 33 paid up members and how we had declined in numbers over the lst few years,
Phil mentioned we could start online membership,
we need to encourage new members to join us,
Also to refresh the web site on a regular basis,

Been a different/difficult year things have just gone in and out by standing order
the gas standing order had been reduced,
we have 21,000 in the bank a comprehensive accounts statement would be forth coming at next open meeting.
