14th October 1963 Meeting Opened 2030
The minutes of the past A.G.M. were taken as read and accepted unanimously.
The Chairman and Treasurers reports were then read and both accepted, the Treasurer stressing the importance of increasing the club membership and finances.
Election of Officers followed.

It was proposed that the subscription rates should remain as for the previous year namely 21/- senior members 7/- junior members.
Mr G. Addison asked to see the records regarding donation to the club funds.
Mr Harrison G3LIR put forward the suggestion of buying a chassis cutter. Mr Addison offered to loan his own cutters at a nominal rental to start with to see which type of cutter was in greatest demand.
Incedental business appertaining to all members followed.
