Leicester Radio Society Commitee Meeting
Meeting was held on Monday 11th july start time 2000hrs

Apologies Russel still not fully mobile, Paula kitchen duties
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted,
It was noted
We need to update rig resister but this needs to be done by Russel when he is back to full health,
Call signs that belong to the club are in the process of being brought back into the club.
The committee are in the process of finding a club member to hold the calls for the club .
Heating of the club rooms was mentioned but nothing was agreed till the council business is sorted,
Work parties for on going jobs at the club to be arranged.
The club wear is now on track and all but one refund had been made.
Themed nights were talked about
Project night
Vhf contest night
Radio night /eve in the shack
Club contest team
Car park use by home at the back was thought to be a good idea as
it gives the impression some one on site and a donation would be given to the club.
We had been approached by a former member about running a special station at the leicester pride festival Mike was going to get in touch and say we are happy to do it but leave all arrangements to him.
It was suggested that the least people that have keys for the club the better
Mike has keys but no alarm code
Tony has keys and alarm code
John has keys and alarm code
Russel has keys and alarm code
and it was said we should retrieve all other sets of keys.
